Hi, I’m Shon. I’m an integrative psychotherapist in Cambridge, Massachusetts focused on helping stressed-out overthinkers who want to use their brainpower to take charge of their lives. (Hint: sometimes less is more.)
Mental and physical health are connected. Because stress is a mind-body phenomenon, I can also help you design a strategy for managing your sleep, fitness, and nutrition. Think of me as your mind-body health strategist: Whether you want to be stronger, run up the stairs without getting winded, be satisfied with your sleep again, or just have more energy throughout the day, together we can approach your entire system with the same science that pro athletes rely on to show up stronger every day.
